I've not noticed height or shoe size changes 9 months on HRT, and am not expecting to.  But I'd be thrilled if it happened.  I'm 5'8" and size 10 or 11 US womens shoes.  I don't really have much of a problem finding clothes and shoes of the rack, but it would certainly be a bit easier if I were a bit smaller.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

I personally am the same size since starting hrt.  But a gf of mine who started at 42 yrs old back in 2000 was 5'9 and is now 5'6.  I say it can be due to age, and also large breasts are going to hinder posture.

I thought it had to do something with the ligaments? Ether way count me in the smaller feet group. I went to a woman's 10 to about a woman's size 8 1/2-9

I definitely lost about a shoe size. I have no explanation for it either, but all the cute shoes I bought pre-HRT don't fit anymore!

I was on hrt for maybe 10 years. Just on 2mg estrodial. At 58 I suffer from severe osteoporosis. I have gone from 5ft 10inch to 5ft 7inch. Post op now about 17 years.  Always happy and very hippie

I went down almost 2 sizes. I have no doubt the loss of muscle and weight helped result in the reduction.

I saw this too about 3-5 months into HRT.  I used to just barely get into a UK size 8 to start, now I comfortably wear a UK size 7.  Of course it depends on the shoe, but to me it feels like I've lost muscle in my feet and maybe gained  "padding" that helps the feet conform better to smaller shoes?

I was 5'7, now 5'5. I can wear shoe size 6.5 whereas before it was 8.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
