I've heard it said somewhere that sometimes ugly men become beautiful women because there is so much plastic surgery and their transformation is so unbelievable that the woman that comes out of the transition is much prettier than the guy ever was.  Does anyone think this is possible?  (I am in the body of an ugly man.)

"The Serenity Prayer"

(Insert Divine Being of your choice), grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

You really haven't seen many before and after pics on this board, huh?

Anyway, few people are actually ugly in the actual meaning of the word and nor have I seen many actually ugly cases on this board, if any at all, although I have, however, seen lots of very masculine looking bio-males before their transitioning into very feminine and pretty girls/women.

Ironically, many pre-transitioned bio-males are often actually considered attractive in other peoples eyes, but they consider themselves ugly because of the masculine features.
Speaking of it, there is this non-transitioned bio-male on this board that I definitely would give a flirty eyeing if seeing out on a club(And I am very picky), however "He" thinks that "he" is the ugliest guy ever.

I started out pretty ugly, didn't exactly end up beautiful, but didn't do too bad either.

ByeBye

If you try as much as you can and focus all of your body, mind, and soul energy to become beautiful, you will become beautiful.

In regard to the thread. ABSOLUTELY !!!
Just change the attitude, and it can happen overnight.

If not, there can be a phenomenal amount done just with a professional hair, makeup, and clothing style job and HRT. And that's before any plastic stuff. Which in reality doesn't need too be done.

Reach inside and bring that woman out. You'll be surprised. In the meantime, be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs

It can be, but the toughest thing to accept is that, for me, being who i am is  far more important than look beautifoul. I don t think i can be a good looking girl, despite the fact that people goes on and tell me i look good as a boy, wich i dont really care.

i dont consider myself beautiful but EVERYONE who knows me has said to some degree "You look 100 times better as a female"
Could be the self confidence boost because i am finally being myself.

I am my own worst enemy when this subject arises.  I will leave it up to others to make their own judgement.  I just try to ensure I look at least half way tidy and stylish when I leave the house.

I suppose it depends on how you define beautiful and also what you'd consider as ugly. If taken as pleasing to look at then without hesitation I'd say No!
Quasimodo has always been portrayed as ugly... could he have been fashioned into a beautiful woman, forget about it.
see you on the beach....

ABSOLUTELY!!!

When I began I was ->-bleeped-<-ing ugly and so manly. People called me "THIS IS A 'MAN', WHAT A HORRIBLE 'CREATURE', WHAT'S THIS UGLY 'THING' " but all began to change with hormones.

I know even normal guys who are Drag Queens and ->-bleeped-<-s on Youtube. In male some are ugly and very plain but you might be SHOCKED how PERFECT they looked once they disguise into woman. And that too they are NOT trans, imagine what they could do if they were officially transitioned. If you just know which wig and hairstyle can suit you the best and a proper makeup tutorial from a make up expert/artist, well you can then make miracles and wonders sweetie. You must begin by watching the tons of make up tutorials on Youtube, I've a learnt a lot there.

I knew a couple of people before they started transition and I thought 'no chance' and they actually turned out really well. So you can never tell and this was without FFS.

I know a hideously ugly gay....who looks very nice in the right wig, make up and clothes. He's working in the red light district windows (Amsterdam) as a TV prostitute and exclaims once in a while:

'I'm having sex with men I can only dream of as a gay man and they pay me good money for it'!

In fact he earns more money working as a TV prostitute than in his regular job.

But actually living as a woman or going into transition....he won't. And that's perfectly understandable....after all he is a regular gay man with a 'thriving hobby'.

Apparently not an uncommon thing, it seems.
I know several gay guys that walked the street as chicks for the exact same reason as stated above.
One of them, my then best friend, somewhat quickly grew tired of it, though, and soon after, the business- or rather to buy sex- got illegal altogetherly, so all the other quit aswell.
But boy, I have never seen so many ->-bleeped-<-s and Drag Queens on the street as in those days; Every ->-bleeped-<- and gay guy that you knew from the Clubs was strolling around in the latest fashionable heels. :laugh:

Ah, Memories. :)

I was VERY ugly as a guy :P

So yes don't look at your guy self to determine what you could end up like.

You're talking about  the '->-bleeped-<- ->-bleeped-<--->-bleeped-<-' phenomenon :-)

Very funny all this 'straight men' 'fooling' themselves into having sex with dressed up gay guys.

No, actually not quite. :P  I do know the phenomena you are referring to, but I am rather talking about the very "Opposite" of "->-bleeped-<- chadser-->-bleeped-<-s"; The "Heteroguy-->-bleeped-<-s"; that is, gay guys that dress up as sexy chicks specifically to get straight guys- Not ->-bleeped-<-->-bleeped-<-s.
Ofcourse, one and another ->-bleeped-<-->-bleeped-<-s slip through, too, but it is not those that the rag-persons in question are after.

Many, if not even most, of the johns that went with the guys I knew, had no idea that they were actually males, which from time to time also could result in some difficulties.

Nonetheless, they happily took those risks as they thought that the "good" outweighed the bad, and not to forget, it gave good money, too.
The friend of mine that I described in the previous post, said when he had just started walking the street in Drag; "If you only knew how many hot guys you meet like this!".

Ah, I miss him. May he rest in peace.

Now I dont want to post any pic, but I seen exemples of those so sure it can work.
I myself where more ugly as female than male, but I also belive it has alittle to do with liking yourself and your atitute,
when you are out you start carring more about your look in a more positive way, at last that was how I felt, cant speak for everyone.

U are pretty :P

And I found the same thing, I KNOW I was ugly as a guy. My ex recently told be she has written in her journal from right before we got married "God he is ugly but I love him anyway" lol

I think maybe it has to do with, we look so bad because we weren't supposed to end up a guy but we did anyway?  IDK but I do know I look WAY better as a woman and much younger than I did as a guy.
