When I was doing my nurse training I did a spell in a maternity hospital. I know just how you feel.

Sadly, there, as in so many areas of life, I was expected to act the man.

I get this sometimes when watching my niece or my little-sister-by-adoption open birthday or Christmas gifts. What I do is hold it in until I can get someplace alone (because I am not out to my family yet) and cry it out. That usually gets me to feeling better so I can get on with the rest of my day.   :'(
Call me Dana. Call me Cait. Call me Kat. Just don't call me late for dinner.
