Downloading new threads to read later - how?

Is there a way to download new threads to read later, and maybe also reply offline then upload when I can connect to the Internet again?

Being slightly knowledgeable of php forums, I don't think there's a way for it to be done. The only way I see of doing it is typing it out in a text editor and pasting the content.
