HRT often means divorce. Most wives want a man as a husband, so either your growing boobs or your sporting wood.

Pretty much... I've never liked girls but I can honestly say if I was married to a guy, and my spouse turned out to be a MTF, it'd be over. We could be friends and I'd do everything to help the transition come along, but there's no way I'd ever want a wife. Ever.

As was said in an earlier post, there is the possible option of Viagra.  (Pre-transition I preferred Cialis as the effect lasted much longer and the headaches were a lot more bearable.)
I intend to discuss this with my Dr next time I see him as permanent loss of ability to obtain an erection is something I want to be absolutely sure of before I commit to SRS. 
My G/F (MtF) thinks she might want to experience penetrative intercourse with a bio-strapon, and I am okay with doing this to please her a few times also before I get rid of it. I'll just grit my teeth and think of Australia I guess.
