Thanks everyone. Just finished drinking the 4 liters of "go lightly" and am cleared out south of the border. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I've also packed for my hospital stay and gotten ready for bed. It is early here, but I'm exhausted. Might hit the hay early.

What a brave Woman and compliant patient you are Melody!   The most I've seen any patients drink of GoLYTELY is only 2 liters.

My ticker now says "Today is SRS date w/ Dr. Bowers." Wow! I wondered how it was going to handle that. Going to the hospital in about 5 hours. Surgery is in a little more than 7. Thank you to all of you who helped get me here. Who answered my cries in the night and showed me it didn't have to be a dream. It is real and is about to happen to me.

I just read my intro to Susan's and some of my earlier posts. So much pain and doubt in those words. Hope too, but unfortunately many of them, like staying with my wife, didn't work out.
