Goldilocks

Bonjour,
Here are a few things about me, myself, and moi. Personally, I adore good films, preferably foreign films. Especially movies from India and the whole Bollywood industry. As a child I used to hide behind literature, yes, I was one of those book warms. No, seriously, I used to get excited to just go inside a bookstore and even find the smell of books very pleasing to my senses. However, now I tend to read online blogs, and magazines. I mean after all, you can find anything online these days. Food is another major part of my life, I enjoy delicious foreign cuisine. Especially going out to eat in the presence of good company. Music is what keeps me going, I'm like the energizer bunny, and music is my battery, without it I can't function. That can explain why I always have my ipod with me. My love and adoration is always directed to my mother and my little Chihuahueña. I also adore coffee: Macchiato Chiaro, Cappuccino Estivo, Alla Turca, Irish Coffee, and pretty much anything with coffee. My favorite time of day is the Golden Hour. The time right before sunset, when everything turns golden. The colors and mood, are absolutely breathtaking and relaxing. Which ensures you that you've made it through the day. Regardless if it's been good or bad, there is always more to look forward to. Growing up I thought myself to find happiness in little things: songs, books, sunsets, fairytales, candles, chocolate, cosmetics, and perfumes. Romance is my guilty pleasure, along with passion, and intense love and admiration. I love handwritten love letters, inspirational quotes from diverse people all throughout history. I think the ability to speak different languages is a very powerful and classy skill to have. I myself speak English, Spanish, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian, and Russian. Growing up in an international family, and living all over the world has its benefits. Hopefully, I can add French, Italian, and Hindi to the list of languages. Monaco, France, is where I'd love to reside in. I will always and forever remain loyal to my friends and family. One day, I hope to fulfill all my childhood dreams. As of right now, I've been going to therapy for MTF transition, I have my physical examination with my Endocrinologist on the 20th of this month. MY doctor is Jo Olsen, MD. She is one of the best in Los Angeles, and the U.S.A She has been on numerous t.v. interviews, and documentaries. Here is a picture of her:
I've been really stressed lately, especially thinking about the future. Worried if I will ever be passable, good looking as a woman, hate my height, well everything about me other than my hair (afraid of loosing the way it is from HRT). Just over thinking everything right now. Very depressed on top of that dealing with crazy people in West Hollywood, CA where I live now. Smack in the gay neighborhood. I'm 21, 6'5, and weight 200 lbs. MY biggest fear I'm too ugly to be a woman, and will never be passable. Here are some more pics of me and a small video on youtube:

Here is me live on youtube. lol :

Well that's it for now, hope to make some new friends here, and hopefully I'll be able to fit in with you guys, and gals. Muah

Hi Goldie and welcome.
Personally I think you look stunning, and as Cindy said your hair is great.  HRT will really work well at your age.  I think you will do fine, we are our own worst enemies in the passing department.

Thank you so much my lovely ladies, I was listening to Toni Braxton "Un Break My Heart" while reading your posts, litterally pool of tears came down. It feel so good to apart of an accepting community. Especially after recently I've had several friends of mine, turn there backs on me after telling them. Surprisingly, it's all the females, straight and lesbian. Most of my gay boys are cool with the transition, they can't wait to see how I look. They all commented they want to feel the boobies once I get them. hehe Had my therapy today, I go once a week, usually Tuesdays. So, trying to stay positive, and get out of my depression that I've been in for almost 4 months now. Love you all, once again thanks for being so kind. xoxo

Hi Goldilocks,
A very big international Aussie welcome to Susan's.  Devlyn, whom you have already met is our Charge d'affaires. So anything Aussie, ask her, she's local to you. Just on the other coast.

Well the good news about your passibility is that, with your attitude and experience, you already do. The only thing left is the physical changes and you are home. Nothing can stop you. You have all the necessary keys to unlock all the doors. Attitude is not something we are born with. It's an acquired state that is learnt through life experiences, and hence is rarely destroyed, it only improves with age.

As Cindy said, just steer clear of porridge and bears and the world is your oyster. You can open that.

Keep in touch and let us know how you are coping. In the meantime, be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Hi Goldilocks,

I see the other usual suspects Aussies have said welcome, so I'd better say welcome too  :icon_wave: - otherwise Cindy might bite me or set a bunyip loose in my house..
