Vinnie: I agree with Jared, the "12 year old butch" look passes better.
Jared: I wouldn't question if you said you were 18. I'd put you at anywhere from 17 to about 20.

Thanks, looks like I grew out the 12-16 range  :D

Sorry for the poor lighting. The computer labs at school don't have the best lights.

I just got misgendered in class today, but I guess my voice really is that horrible. At least it was minor? A girl sitting next to me asked if 'Chris' (what I write on all of my papers) was for 'Christine' when she was adding me to her phone so I can help her with classwork. At least she didn't look too weirded out when I told her that 'Chris' was just for 'Chris'.

Your face is again a little bit feminine in spite of the very male haircut. The passing will come, does not worry you! You have a good potential.

Jared

I don't know what makes me think about your face. But you're close to pass.

This gives me hope. Thank you. :D

And hope you should! To me, the fullness of your lips and shape of your eyebrows stands out. The hairline somewhat does but I don't think it would cause too much of a problem on its own. I think it'll work out given a little time.

Not much I can do about my lips, unfortunately, but I have NO IDEA as to what I should do with these stupid eyebrows. They're actually a lot thicker than they used to be, but any attempt I make to even them out and appear more masculine just looks like I drew my eyebrows on. :\

Thanks for the input, guys. I don't know, I really disagree that shorter hair will work better. When I had that short hair, I constantly had emotional breakdowns about it because I hated how it made me look way more feminine than my longer hair did, and I had to wait several months for it to grow back and have me look more masculine. So I'm really not going to go that route anyway.

But thanks, though. I'll just keep an eye out for other haircuts that I'll try out.

I get what you're saying dude. When I was pre-T I posted pics of myself with short hair, and longer, shaggy hair. People said I looked/passed better with it really short, but I didn't see that at all. Thought it emphasized feminine features more. The longer hair made me more confident and I preferred it so that's what I went with. After starting T, I got it cut super short again a few times but I always end up growing it back out.

FWIW you passed OK with both lengths, to me.. But the color wasn't doing you much favors.

Siege, you look male to me, the only reason  I'd clock you is from a high voice.

@Kyle_S: Hard to tell
@LearnedHand: I can't really tell when it come to the male or female butt. But it looks fine to me. 2nd pic is a no pass for me, sorry.
@Liminal Stranger: can't see the pic, maybe you already took it down.
@ty.to.the.man: Total pass.
@Dean: hard to tell. Maybe wear a shirt that is more masculine than unisex. That's something I had to work on. I used to and sometimes still do wear unisex clothing.
@Nygeel: You pass man. I don't see how your getting mis-gendered especially with the facial hair. BTW, I'm loving your facial hair. How long did it take you to grow that out?
@vinnie413: No pass, sorry.
@Jared: I'd say 15-18 years old.
@Siege: Hard to tell.

I really don't know. I do a trim every now and then. The last time I trimmed I used clippers that are used on a head instead of a face. I think I used like a #1 and that had to be at the beginning of the month.

It's mostly long as opposed to dense.

@ Nygeel: Yeah, my facial hair grows long like that too. I don't have anything to trim my facial hair so I just shave it all off when it gets too long. But I'm thinking about getting something to trim my facial hair instead of having to shave it all off. Your facial hair is looking really good though. And you sound 100% male.

Okay, here are some of my comparison photos.  Do I look any different? My cousins tell me I  look exactly the same as I did pre-T. What do you guy think?

Liminal Stranger

I don't see how you aren't passing 100%. Your facial features definitely look more masculine in the newer pics, but I'd say you looked male even in the pre-T ones.

Thanks. :) I think I looked like a girl pre-t with my long hair.  It was very rare when I passed with it pre-T.  I think I passed like twice that I can recall.

Nice.  My facial hair isn't too dense either, actually mine looks pretty identical to yours but you seem to have coverage going further up your chin (towards your bottom lip) than I do.  I use hair clippers as well (1/2" guard).  I would like this beard trimmer I saw at Wal-Mart because it has a 1/2" guard but I can't justify spending 20 bucks on something when I don't trim too often and I have the hair clippers.  The only advantage of the actual beard trimmer vs hair clippers is that the beard trimmer is narrower so it would allow more precise trimming, it's hard for me to trim because my hair is so long I'm worried about accidentally cutting part of it off.

This is me, and what I was wearing when I was misgendered the other day.
And this is what I sounded like

dude, the way you look and sound passes 1,000,000% IMO!!! i'm seriously loving how fast your changes have come lately. I know it's been rough these past 2 years waiting for results, but you look and sound FANTASTIC! You getting misgendered must have been some sort of fluke because there's nothing female about you. Your voice seriously sounds great, very clear and masculine and your facial hair looks thicker each time you post a new pic. I hope you're enjoying yourself because your patience has most definitely been rewarded :D!!!

I know I pass on a regular basis, but summer is upon us and I was wondering how I pass in these tank tops I just bought. I've yet to wear them out to really know, but I was wondering what you guys think.
