I'm new to this..
Other then cutting my hair and wearing clothes I'm actually comfortable in I haven't gone much further.

My problem is I look female. Very female

^ even if i shaved my head I think I'd still look female. The only make up I wear is eyeliner because it's a personal thing, but it doesn't make much difference either way. (I'm also 5"4')

Sorry to ask, but does any one have advice?    ???

if you want to look more male, then you'll need to stop wearing the makeup.  some guys can get away with it, but you have very elfin features and the makeup accentuates this, which i think is the most feminising thing about what i see in this pic.  shaving your head wouldn't help, it actually defines the skull which also has a feminising effect.  your hair looks dyed blonde, if it's not and it's just an effect of the light then discard this advice, but i think you'd pass better with a natural colour- this very light platinum blonde look is quite feminine especially with that style.  instead of letting bangs fall over your head, get a shorter cut and style it away from your forehead.

Furt - The short hair totally makes you look alot more male!
Elliot - I completely and utterly identify as a straight male but OMG you look damn hot! Without a doubt, you pass 100% as male. I'm also in UK, never considered fatface 'til you mentioned them! Totally gunna have a look on their site for some awesome jeans now lol.
Kyyn - Perhaps trying a darker hair colour? Also, as Schism mentioned above, definately try styling the bangs away from your forehead.

Yeah, the eyeliner is a personal thing from my teen years, but I guess I'll have to lose it..

This is my natural hair colour "Silver". My twin brother has the exact same colour too. I've tried dying it darker, but it grows fast and the regrowth almost makes me look more girly.
I've tried spiking it up, but it just seemed to make my eyes bigger. Debating growing it long to hide my face..

Thank you though. I've wanted to be a boy since I was really little but I think this is something I'll need to work on. If all else fail, I guess I can be a "pretty boy"  lol

Jack - Cheers buddy  :D You're hair looks awesome by the way, a smooth move! And yeh check out fatface, they have some really cool comfy stuff these days

Kyyn - I agree with the others, I think darker hair and less makeup would help strengthen you're quite soft features. We have reasonably similar hair, it's just the colour that makes the difference I think, aswell as perhaps a slightly shorter fringe. I also think try clothes with a higher neckline, guys t-shirts tend to be tight around the neck rather than loose. I think you will have good potential though man, and don't be downhearted by being 5"4, one of my best mates is 5"2 and he can get any girl he wants! :)

Kyyn:  I think a more masculine haircut with straight lines would help, get rid of the makeup, and the earrings.

Kyyn: I agree with what the others have said. While I am all for doing what makes you feel good, I don't think the eyeliner is doing you any favors in looking male. Also, I think taking a photo from a more straight-on angle would help for next time.

I'm still pretty early in the game, but this is where I'm at so far, just wanna know what you guys think.

I have an arsenal of male clothing, so that's down, but I think my main problems are a round face since I have a serious case of the chubs (working on that, getting on a diet and exercise plan), and my hair, which I can't cut too short because I'm still in the closet on the whole thing and my family is pretty religious. One time one of my cousins shaved her head out of stress, and her parents set up a lesbian intervention (even though she wasn't one), so I'm pretty hesitant to cut it too short at this point without having the same happen to me. Any suggestions/examples for longish yet boyish? Or maybe shortish but girlish to pass in front of my family?
Any other suggestions?

I think the chin-length hair works on you.  You make me think of Severus Snape (that's a good thing).
In between the lines there's a lot of obscurity.
I'm not inclined to resign to maturity.
If it's alright, then you're all wrong.
Why bounce around to the same damn song?

Thank you everyone. I'm not sure I want to get rid of my earrings and eyeliner because I love that kind of stuff - it's part of who I am... but I also know I'm not really a girl... I guess I'm still confused about a lot of things. Thank you for everything though!

Haha, it's funny because that's not the first time I've been told that.
If I lose weight and gain a British accent I might consider him for cosplaying.

Heh, thanks.
I was worried the hair looked a bit too feminine but if it's passable then I guess I could live with it for now. Really want to go for somethin' shorter in the future though once I get out of my family's stranglehold.

You're really handsome!
Yes, I would think you were male without a second thought!

First time posting in this thread ahhh D: I'm pre-everything, and seem to pass okay in public where people don't know me - but I still feel like my face is too feminine? I have thunder thighs and wide hips too :\ But I'm 5 foot 7 or so and at least my voice is fairly deep. Maybe on T I'll start to look more convincing. Sorry for the ugly cell phone cam quality.

...Ignore my stoned expression, I haven't slept much as the end of the quarter at school approaches. *facepalm*

What do you guys think?
  •

fatalerror - definite pass to me, looking great especially for being pre-t... your face looks subtly feminine, but not enough to read you as female
jossef - i'd say you still pass, your body shape is very male which helps given that your face is sort of androgynous at this point (just my opinion)
andy - looking great man
ty - definite pass, age 14 or 15

Fatalerror: you pass really well for being pre-t! You're haircut works especially well on you for some reason.
  •

driven

Fatalerror: Definite pass. Your face reminds me of Buster Posey.
