lol, glad people thought it was funny. I hope I'm not going to hell.

I hate my room too Sea-Sam. I had to leave home due to abuse a couple years ago, and then when I returned (ironically I had to return because of abuse at the other place) my room became a TV room. So I got moved to the storage room and got all the unwanted furniture, which is rather feminine.

so i remember how someone was asking for tips on how to masculinise their room, and although i kinda feel like your room should be a natural extension of you and what makes you feel comfortable, regardless of gender, i figured it might be interesting to put up some pics of our rooms in case anyone is looking for some inspiration.  messy rooms included.  i love mine, i think it's kinda gender neutral, but it's my space and it's great to hang out and work in.

going roughly from left to right- exercise bike, dvd collection, weights, bass guitar, ancient keyboard i never use, random crap on wall, messy bed, cat, tv, mugs piling up, computer, computer desk.  there's also another section behind me that's currently full of cardboard boxes.

I now have room envy, your room is amazing! I love the tilted ceiling and the windows!!

I keep reading all your guys' claims of a messy room, an unkempt room, and then look at the pictures and think, "Psh, that's nothing!" This is not, by the way, a proud thought.

There is order in my chaos; I know where my stuff is despite it not being in neatly labelled boxes and such.

That's okay, most of my junk or stuff or whatever is in...well, it's in neatly stacked boxes if that counts for anything. Never unpacked from a move I was supposed to make. As a result I have no idea where probably 90% of my stuff is because I wasn't the one who packed a lot of those boxes, or at least packed them without just dumping stuff in them, and I wasn't even in the room when they were all piled into the closet.

Sadly, I think most of my Cds are in there...  :( Which are, of course, the primary things that I wished I had unpacked.

All of yers rooms is immense! ;D

All through my childhood and adolescence, until I left home, I shared a room with my slightly-younger sister, and we were allowed to take turns choosing the decor.  So it veered between my sister's preference - candy floss pink walls and a purple ceiling - and mine - masculine reds and plain white walls, lol.

Here's my current pad:

And here's my living space:

The living room, in which I do the majority of my living:

I live in a shoebox flat, on a shoestring budget.  Here are my shoes:

Here is my bedroom:

Here is my hamster, Jeeves.  He is cis-male and completely male-identified, though he occasionally cross-dresses.  His companion and hamster lover, Wooster, can't be seen in this photo as she's asleep in her little pile of sawdust.  Wooster, however, is an MTF trannsexu-hamster.  The pet store told me she was biologically male.  It's only over the past three months that she's come to terms with her true gender identity.

Sam-

I have a lot of posters.. went a little overboard with them but I like them too much to get rid of. And the blankets hanging are to keep the cold out because black out curtains are too expensive lol. On my friend's first visit over my house (I'm not out) she said "This is definitely a boy's room...like a gay boy who likes girls." haha I feel like it's an accurate representation :P

:) He's a Campbell's Russian!  That's so cool that you had a Jeeves and Wooster, too!  Mine are so like the Wodehouse characters it's frightening.  I walked past the cage the other day, Wooster looked up and saw me, jumped out of his skin and fell backwards down the little set of stairs in the cage.  I swear I heard him say, 'Blast it all!' as he picked himself up ;)
