LinkThe vigil will honor the memory of Maurice "Melissa" Green, who was shot as he walked down the street near 35th and Glenrosa avenues in Phoenix. The 22-year-old was dressed as a woman at the time.
Friends from Green's youth group and other community advocates will pass out fliers at the vigil in hopes of spurring anyone with information to call in a tip.
