But damn I wish I could trade the an FTM.

I thought some group of European/Mid East scientists were working on that... swapping the organs of two compatible transsexuals, or growing them new sets in the lab from stem cells...

Now we are in the realms of science fiction!  show us the source please!

But there's a Catch 22,  They can implant the equipment, and you can even have a baby with it.  But you can't keep the girly bit's  you have to kill you immune system while you have them.  And well the nerves arn't right so your not gonna feel much of anything.

I only skimmed it so I apologize if I'm wrong about anything.

It is, in theory, possible to do this, it is not fiction. The reason why there are lines to wait for hepatic, cardiac or transplant for any other organ is because there needs to be a suitable donor. This is related to a series of proteins that are expressed across the cells that determine if the immune system will regonize the organ as part of the body or as foreign.

I see a uterus trasnplant as something very complicated, up there with lungs transplants, but I don't think it is the realm of fiction, it is the realm of things that are to come.

OK well I think I've officially derailed the topic from erections now!

SO I'm starting a separate thread on the transplant and stem cell use thoughts here:

wtf???   (Googles "frot") oh... TMI!

corner or pillow riding would be better for those that can't get it up... and its a VERY female thing... and I can only imagine it would work even better once post... its just not talked about being a very personal thing, like tg's that invert instead of tuck.

I think that is what my friends and I called "sword fighting".

I agree with JoeyD and MyAlias, it is kinda hot! Not all of us are dysphoric about our penises. I don't feel any less woman because of it, and our partners enjoy it and think its hot too! Just my opinion.
Don't judge a book by its cover! My lifes been like a country song! True love, amazing grace, severe heartbreak, buckles, boots n spurs! I 've been thrown off the bull a couple times, I keep getting up and dusting myself off! Can't give up on my happily ever after!

Nurse With Wound

5 months on HRT and I can still very, very, very easily achieve and maintain and erection, pretty much nothing has changed on that front apart from that I no longer get random ones, I still seem to get periods where I wake up with one which is very annoying but I also get them a lot less and my libido has hardly changed, it has decreased a bit but I still get turned on super easily just I don't get randomly turned on from nothing while just browsing the Internet or whatever. And my T and E levels according to blood tests are perfectly fine.

It is very much a "Your Mileage May Vary" kind of thing. I'd prefer to get the effects like I hear from other girls like a big drop in libido and needing a bit of work to get turned on, but oh well, after SRS I won't be complaining about this libido.

I am planning to talk to my very switched-on GP about possibly prescribing Viagra/Cialis just to make sure I am doing the right thing before I take the irrevocable step of SRS. If I do try it, I will be interested to see how I feel about it.  I know how my bi girlfriend will feel about it!  ;)

You can have some of my unwanted erections! I hate the situation especially after 14 years on HRT and anti androgens. It really is horrible to find it fully erect in the morning!

Transwomen that work in the porn industry ususally do take hormones but in lower doses so they can still perform.  :P

How do you know this?  What do you mean by lower dosages? Like less than the average transgirl is prescribed or what? I am very interested!
