Hey, sorry if there is already a thread on this, but my phone is being difficult and I don't have access to a computer ATM.
So, I've been on t for all of four days, and I just have a question for you guys that have been on it for longer, or just starting out too, or whatever
- is it normal to cramp up? like it feels like my
Muscles are shorter and are trying to stretch, it can't be growing pain because I'm 28, but excersize seems to help it, and it's mostly happening at night
Side question,
How long after starting t, until it helps with muscle growth? (from working out while on t)
