Feels like I'm moving forward

It feels like I've started progressing towards changing myself for the better. I've already had my first laser session to remove face and body hair. I've had a full-time job since December. And I went on Thursday and got an apartment with me and my girlfriend. We move in on March 1st. I'm very excited about this! I can finally get away from my parents and I feel I would be able to express myself more (they don't know about me, my girlfriend does).

It just feels like I've finally started progressing down a road towards something, even though I know I still have a long way to go if I were to be able to transition soon. I feel a sense of hope and excitement for the future.
