Today, my family had a large lawn sale tried to make some money. I only made ten dollars! XD

Then I watched some of the Big Brother 14 US Live feeds.

Aggravated my old back injury last night, so spent a fair bit of the day reading my History text lying down. Until the rain started and the sound of it on the corrugated iron roof lulled me to sleep!

Spent the day in Spotlight buying material for summer skirts I'm making. Bought this 'to-die-for' grey and pink plaid material.

If you'd told me that 12 months ago I'd be making summer skirts, I would've had you locked up for being criminally insane. Girl powered!!! Bring it ON!!!

Woke up, got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head. Found my way downstairs and drank a cup, and looking up, I noticed I was late.

Found my coat and grabbed my hat. Made the bus in seconds flat. Found my way upstairs and had a smoke, and somebody spoke and I went into a dream.

First day back at Uni.  History lecturer looks to be good value.
Had a good chat with a post-op woman I have met locally who had SRS in February with the surgeon I am most likely to see.  She is quite happy with her results.   
Helped overcome my surgery phobia and what to expect in the recovery period.

Woke up at 6 this morning to the sound of an unknown man that had gotten into our house. Called the police and he ran off. Police are out looking for him now. The incident is already being reported in to online news. What a way to start the day. Very unsettling.

Woke up at 6 this morning to the sound of an unknown man that had gotten into our house. Called the police and he ran off. Police are out looking for him now. The incident is already being reported in to online news. What a way to start the day. Very unsettling.

Well, I was more shocked than terrified. He didn't seem dangerous. In fact, he didn't even seem to think he was unwelcome and kept mumbling something about a like "concerto...piano" while pointing at one of my keyboards. My husband handed me my phone and I dialed the emergency number while he was still there right in front of me going on and on in an incoherent manner. He seemed to realize he was in trouble when I was yelling to the police on the other end "THERE'S AN UNKNOWN MAN IN OUR HOUSE!!". He hobbled out the door, got on a bike and took off. THe worst part yet is that we have no idea how he got in.

That's a weird circumstance.  I hope he doesn't come back to your place.     At least he wasn't an immediate threat.
