My husband is just recently in the process of transitioning. By recently I really mean about 6 months of natuarlly transitioning (ftm). He is going to actually start his first T shot March 28! I know that we are both really excited about that. I must say that I have dealt with the process of him coming out to me and beginning to transition quite well. I have tried to be as supportive as i can be, buying him a whole new wardrobe, binders, etc.. I have recently come to a point where I miss being with women. Although my husband has female parts, it's kind of like they are not there because there is nothing female about him. I have been with men before, but it has never really lasted because I always missed being with women. I really dont want that to be the case with him. I love him so much and cant even imagine my life without him. I did discuss this with him and he said that he completely understood and that he felt bad because he felt as if he was taking away my sexuality, becuase he knows i love women and knows that he cant offer to me what women do. I guess im just trying to see if anyone else has, or is going through the same dilemma and how you are dealing with it.
