Chrysalis Charity- Thoughts?

So I have contacted the charity "Chrysalis- Gender Identity Issues" about seeing a counsellor/therapist.

Does anyone have any experience/ideas about them. They seem to be a charity to support trans people. I hope they can help as I'm struggling to know who the contact where I am.
