I am so stressed out.  I have been dealing with really dry hair and my doctor told me to stop my spiro and allow my body to rehydrate.  I asked him then wouldn't my T levels jump trough the roof and he said no that they were suppressed.  Anyway I just got my new labs back and my T levels went from 17 to 109!!!  Does this mean I am screwed?  Has anyone else ever had a oops T spike? I am so scared and pissed off at my health care providers I just do not know what to do.  I have been on hormones for a year and six months I am finally seen as a woman I don't want to loose that. Any help for peace of mind would be great.  I already lost so much because of my transition my family, my home, my job I don't think I could take having this screwed up.

I assume you are on spiro only. I dealt with the same thing for a little bit. You need to stop showering everyday, showering just drains the water out of your body. Just shower every other day. Don't take very hot showers, as that can really dry out your skin. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, not soda because it has water in it, water. I did these things and my body is hyrdrated again and my hair is super nice :)
