Hi Brunnach,

Congratulations on your recent operation. I hope everything went well for you and you are recovering well.
You appear to be having a few questions on what you should be doing. Perhaps it may be the best idea to give your surgeon a call and check with him/her, as to what is to be done. They may have their own unique procedure they wish you to use.

I myself have not heard of the term, dynamic dilation, but then again I'm still pre-op.

Hope you can get something sorted out pretty soon.

Be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs
Catherine

I'm not sure what dynamic dilation is either, but I do know that you will need to increase your diameter size as you progress with you recovery. Not sure about metric size but you should be at 1 ½ diameter after three months post op. You really should be in contact with your Doctor if you have questions.

Howdy,
dynamic is the opposite of static, right?

Static dilation means you put the dilator in, find depth, apply some medium pressure to maintain or maybe gain a little depth and hold for a few minutes, then stick in the next bigger size. Right?

Once your vj has healed sufficiently only! you can try to start some 'in and out' action like a penis would do, well actually the man WITH his penis would do.

Doing this with smooth dilators, I've tried, is initially ok - because things inside you are still a bit bumpy and touchy.

I'm now in month 6 post-op, and have 'up-graded' to a thick veiny vibrator 40mm - 45mm. If a guy will be bigger then that - I'll have to see... eh.
Most men & women looking at that vibrator to date got a bit shocked - saying I might get too 'spoiled' by it's size. Well, then so be it :-)

In any case, the vibration is now dynamic, and I do the moving in and out - of course not ALL the time!
The veins on that piece 'exercise' my vj-channel --- we do have to catch up on YEARS of penetrative sex after all with our neo-vj!
So, as far I go - this is dynamic dilation.
Get one dildo with structured shaft of about 1 1/2", better yet a vibrator, that fills your hole and then move it in and out. Like reaming a bumpy hole, he, he. Easy Peacy.
Now add some vibrator vibration - and DO NOT FORGET LUBRICATION!

Yet as always - YMMV... we all are a little different after all :-)

I should have known :)

actually dynamic dilation is not just sliding a dilator in and out but also up and down as the down will keep the muscle stretched and its that muscle that is stretched during the op to make the hole where there ain't a hole to begin with...the muscle stretch is the bump we get during the op and why we have to sit on a doughnut for a few weeks.
As the muscle tightens again it closes the hole.
So put the biggest dilator in as deep as possible but pressing it down at the front so it presses on the muscle to keep it stretched.

dynamic dilation is suporn's term for maximum force and rotating the stent in a gyrating/rotating top like fashion.
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

Well, all I will say: "It's a man's world..."

Why? Just not what a vj actually would enjoy, EVER!

if gyrating/rotating means spinning off centre then that is what stretches the muscles while a simple in and out slide won't.

Ehhhhhhhhh, then where's all the TLC gone I may ask.

Bump and grind studs... my foot in a fish-can! :-)

Though, nothing wrong if we are asking for it. Just fine then, I say.
Like horses for courses, yes?

Dynamic dilation is a kind of dilation that Suporn's patients are supposed to do. If your surgeon didn't tell you to do it, DON'T!
  •

lilacwoman

it's not a question of not doing it it's a question of how to keep the new vagina open and the muscles stretched enough.

if Suporn advises it then its logical that having had a hole made in the same location by other surgeons the same advice would apply.
  •

israchick

Not necessarily. Different techniques require different care.
  •

brunnach

Hello!

I don't know what exactly technic my doctor use, i only know that is penile skin inversion, he don't explain about dilatations only that i need to dilate everyday and force into neovagina and to down, also use dildos to enlarge, so i do dynamic dilatation without know what is, i do all types of dilatation and my diameter is very good i mean.

thank you every replay.

mmm windows mail deleted my account. im going to use this old account then, forgot the password @ the other one

anyway im a mcginn girl she never said anything about dynamic dilatation. she uuhh used some different words but basically its all the same. not to use it al the time in stationary mode she said.

nonsense.  a hole in stretchy muscle is a hole needing dilation no matter who makes it.
  •

israchick

Oh I agree. But doing dynamic dilation with a different technique could lead to tearing, which would be baaad.  Best to check with the relevant surgeon.
  •

lilacwoman

when I say spinning and gyrating i don't mean huge movement but just enough to make each dilator feel loose.

swimmers may notice that doing frog leg swimming loosens the muscles just as well
