Howdy,
dynamic is the opposite of static, right?
Static dilation means you put the dilator in, find depth, apply some medium pressure to maintain or maybe gain a little depth and hold for a few minutes, then stick in the next bigger size. Right?
Once your vj has healed sufficiently only! you can try to start some 'in and out' action like a penis would do, well actually the man WITH his penis would do.
Doing this with smooth dilators, I've tried, is initially ok - because things inside you are still a bit bumpy and touchy.
I'm now in month 6 post-op, and have 'up-graded' to a thick veiny vibrator 40mm - 45mm. If a guy will be bigger then that - I'll have to see... eh.
Most men & women looking at that vibrator to date got a bit shocked - saying I might get too 'spoiled' by it's size. Well, then so be it :-)
In any case, the vibration is now dynamic, and I do the moving in and out - of course not ALL the time!
The veins on that piece 'exercise' my vj-channel --- we do have to catch up on YEARS of penetrative sex after all with our neo-vj!
So, as far I go - this is dynamic dilation.
Get one dildo with structured shaft of about 1 1/2", better yet a vibrator, that fills your hole and then move it in and out. Like reaming a bumpy hole, he, he. Easy Peacy.
Now add some vibrator vibration - and DO NOT FORGET LUBRICATION!
Yet as always - YMMV... we all are a little different after all :-)
