I dreamt that I was laying somewhere and could see my reflection as if I was looking in a mirror, but then I noticed something was wrong

When I changed expression my reflection did change with me and I suddenly realized that I was dead and I was staring at my dead self

Needless to say I woke up pretty freaked out and it took awhile to fall back asleep again, but then my alarm rang and I had to get up and get ready for an appointment

Those realistic dreams can be pretty frightening!

They sure can be, all day I've wondering to myself if it was some kind of weird premonition

I was going to write about one of my recurring nightmares, something that really happened, but many here couldn't take it and some would be upset.

I think I have nightmares when it's hot. At one point I was being chased by a werewolf.

An another point, people were getting turned into vampires, but these weren't sexy Anne Rice or Twilight vampires. They would get ravenously hungry for human blood and then not be able to stop feeding until someone was completely drained and dead. Their thighs and hips would bloat out from all the blood and they'd get very comically pear-shaped. Their necks got longer and their heads seemed heavier and would lull out and kind of hover in front of their chests. Then they would try to act natural as if there was any chance people wouldn't see something was wrong with them like standing over a shriveled up dead body of someone they once cared about and be all "Oh no. What happened?" They were basically tick vampires, I guess.

Semi bad strange dream for me, last night.

I was going down a grassy hill, in a crowded park on cruches. Last time those infernal things invaded my dreams was when I was on them for around 2-3 years straight. Brain you better not be warning me about something you hear.

I've been having really weird ones recently.

Had one last night where a guy stopped me outside a shopping centre and asked to borrow my mobile. I didn't know him, so didn't want to hand it over but then he said that he had no credit on his and no money to top it up. I told him that he couldn't borrow my phone but that if he have me his number I'd top it up at an ATM.

There was nothing more to it than that. Really strange.

I dreamed that I was at work ringing up a customer and she gave me a $20 bill so I had to figure out how much change to give her back.

I have occasional recurring nightmares of horrific events that occurred many years ago when I was just twenty years old. This may be too much for some of you but when it comes to dreams this is what I live with when I get over tired and stressed. My spouse has awakened me many times seemingly moments before my heart just explodes.

I was in a paratroop outfit in Vietnam. My platoon went out on ambush patrol meaning we had intel that there was  an NVA (North Vietnamese Army) regiment operating in the area. We set an ambush and waited for three days and nights, no smoking, lights and cold C-rations and controlled silence. The fourth morning a NVA point man came into view, we let him pass as there were a few troopers up ahead and behind that were put in place as blocking forces to deal with point people and those who were walking sweep in the column. Once the column was completely within the kill zone the officer in charge detonated the pre-positioned Claymore mines and we popped up and hosed the remainder still standing with automatic weapons fire, it was all over in four or five seconds. We went through the personal effects of the dead NVA looking for information that can be helpful for the military intelligence people.

I found this young fellow's wallet and opened it up and OMG, OMG OMG he had a wife and small child who would never see him again. He was not a sub-human monster he was a human being like me.  :'(

I have huge PTSD issues from events like this and seeing all my friends that I loaded dead or with their guts hanging out into Huey choppers in their ponchos, people I would never see again!

It is definately different when you look like it like that. The strange part of it is that the people (generals and presidents, etc.) who give the top level orders are never the ones who do the actual killing.

What's more all of this is ordered by kings,  presidents and congress people who will never know the sufferings that those combatants endure when they are left with a  hole in their soul forever afterward.

Uh-Huh and it can cause some to wish that they hadn't had to endure the right of passage into manhood including all of the expectations placed on them and for some the emotional rebellion is such that they seek changes like this that might not have formerly ever been evident or even considered.

I dreamed last night that I posted something(don't know what it was?) And the message got put on a big lighted billboard in NYC.
The worst part was that Suzanne and Julie(from here) where mad at me, and chasing me around in NYC..?

OMG, what does it all mean..???

I don't usually post my dreams, but this one was just too bizarre...

I dreamt that I was in Australia, at Cindy's house. She invited me in, but then she said she had work to do and left. So I was just kind of wandering around her house aimlessly. There were windows everywhere. I just kept thinking, "Wow, I'm in the alien world of Australia... Home is so far away." lol!

It's been ages since I had just a regular, silly dream. They're usually nightmares.

I notice you didn't do any of the house work while I was out! I also got a police report of you riding a kangaroo down the street - really Hon

So apparently I was at SFO to fly to London to meet a wealthy woman. I was both nervous and excited as we'd be spending a weekend together and it'd be my first time meeting her in person but we had developed real feelings for each other. She seemed bummed that I was flying into London and would be taking a train to Manchester since I'm a bit stubborn about money and she had offered to pay. My aunts and my mom were there at the airport to see me off and one of my aunts who used to work for United got my ticket transferred from flying to London at 8:15 pm pacific, to a flight that went right to Manchester International at 5:30 pm.

I have strange dreams.

I dreamed that the public was offering to take citizens to go see a boxing match for free and all they had to do was get on the city buses at the transport.  The were leaving at night and I had decided to walk up to the transport when I noticed hundreds of people with luggage waiting to get on.  I asked someone where exactly is the boxing match going to be located and they replied San Diego.  I yelled, "SAN DIEGO?!?!"  They replied with a yes.  I asked how many days would the trip be and they said they didn't know....probably 3 and I thought about it for a minute and was like "aw what the heck?  Screw it.  I'm going."  Granted, I didn't have ANY luggage and I was totally unprepared.....and my mom had no idea  So people were about to board the bus and I was trying to determine which one I should get on.  I thought about getting on the first bus (there were 3 of them), but I had my reservations because there were a bunch of loud, ghetto kids on there that made me nervous, so I looked at the second bus and realized that if I try to get on the second or third bus by now, that there's a chance I wouldn't be able to go because it looked like there were more people than seats.  I didn't want to not get a seat, so I sucked it up and got in the first bus and there was one last seat all the way in the back that I could sit in before the rest of the people had to go back up and sit with others.  Thankfully, an old friend from high school came and we talked about the trip.  I told her that I was unprepared, but if I could make it in San Diego like this, then I can make it anywhere and then I remembered that I had my 1990's 3D Power Ranger's wallet with my debit card in it so I could just by what I needed up there.  When the bus took off, our bus parked in front of my house and it suddenly became morning.  I looked at the driver and realized it was my neighbor and she must have known that I needed to pack.  Everyone on the bus seemed cool with it.  The other two busses had left for San Diego already and I didn't want to slow our bus down so I walked towards my house and randomly saw soldiers with berets on walking down our street doing some exhibition.  It was weird and yet sad to see since I have always wanted to join the military, but I didn't have time to dwell on it.  I had to pack up my bags and tell my mom.  Telling my mom was going to be the thing that stresses me out the most, because she would have taken such a long time picking out my close and putting them in a luggage when I could just grab the bare essentials and throw them in a bookbag and run out.  I went into the house and looked into my mom's room.  She had the door open and was just sitting on her bed with the tv on, twiddling her thumb.  I took a deep breath and said "mom...." She looked at me and then the dream "froze" that moment and Mike Tyson's  Punch Out NES theme started to play in the background.....and then the dream ended.

I thought that dream was pretty cool.  It kind of played out like a sitcom.
