Well, we have advancements almost every day all over the world. Even if it's not originally intended as a procedure for a trans dude, they might find some sort of repair for a cis man that could be used on one of us in turn while providing function and more. Of course, medical advancements are a lot of time, money, and experimentation, but one day it'll all add up to something awesome. Am I right? Hell, I won't complain if they just come up with a way to bring more sensation into a phalloplasty or reduce the amount of skin needed from one of the donor sites, or if they find a way to create a sperm-producing implant for folks that would like to be able to have a kid using that method. Maybe it could be connected to the implants and add another function to either option.
'Course, I'm not a doctor, so I can't say for sure if these are good ideas or not. Just my thoughts on what I'd like to see in the future, you know?
