Girls please help me with my boobs :( I have a problem

I underwent Breast Augmentation days ago. I told that surgeon I WANT a very BIG boobs and PROMINENT cleavage. Despite my SUPER SKININESS (which hormones even of high dosis NEVER worked for me over 3 years) I´m impressed how he managed to insert a 400cc into me, however he was stubborn and inserted the implants more on the sides/lateral under the excuse that my nipples panders more on the side than on the middle to give me more a natural look . I told him I don´t care my nipples fall asymetric but all what I care is to have PROMINENT CLEAVAGE. He said yeah yeah and waited me to be under anesthesia to do as per his head and tells me his reputation also is in game is he makes an ugly work(even me I would like it that way). Result now is I have 2 big boobs (satisfied with the size) but NOT with the cleavage. I TRY hard to make both boobs touch to each other but in vain. Some girls told me it´s too early and it´s hard right now and I need to wait but I DOUBT even after if it´d even touch each other as they are really VERY FAR from each other and my skin is NOT elactic even before I operated, I have a hard, thin and dense type of skin.. Is there a remedy to fix this? I´m so frustrated and deceived.

Hi Happy Girl.
Pleased to hear you're out of the op in good condition. You've done well for 400cc. In my opinion, it might be a bit early to see how your breasts are going to finally settle. Never being through this part of the journey I'm not totally clued up on the mechanics of the procedure.

Whether or not the correct type of bra may be able to 'redirect' the 'girls' into a more favourble position may be an area to solicit some advice. But surely 400cc should be adequate volume to create the cleverage you want.

As for the skin, do you regularly use a skin moisturiser? If you have problem skin, maybe a few applications every day may give the skin more elasticity.

It is still really early to see how they settle.  It was almost 7 weeks before mine really settled.  I didn't think I would EVER have cleavage based on how they looked the first few weeks.  While you are still swollen the skin is too tight to move easily.  After the swelling goes down you will have more motion available.

Now, I have 700cc implants under the muscle implants that were inserted at my aureolas, but I also wear a 42 inch band so it isn't as big as it sounds.  Without a bra I have no cleavage at ALL.  I have almost an inch of space between the sides of my breasts, but with a bra I have as much cleavage as I want.

Yes there is s solution to this, but you should wait at least 6 weeks before starting (to allow for proper tissue healing.) Find an advanced practitioner of John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release (http://mfr.somapt.com/) that has taken the Women's Health Seminar. There are specific techniques for the breasts (that are very safe even for women with BA) to help with exactly the kinds of issues you are experiencing. You can do some techniques on yourself as well.

heaving the skin around duringt eh op wil cause lots of swelling and bruising so the boobs feel like rocks and wont move much.

you do't mention but did you get under or over pectorals?  Under pecs means the implants have the muscles over them and the muscles are fixed to ribs so there will be a gap and  it will be a year or two before things settle down.

OMG!  Mine was UNDER pectorals but I think it´s better as it looks more natural, if it was above it´d look so fake as am hyper super skinny and my chest before was flat like an ironing pad despite of hormones over 3 years. I´m starting to like my new boobs anyway cos started to try my clothes and I got shocked today as it´s the 1st time I look myself in the mirror with a strapless that I screamed so loud so much I was happy and impressed. He´s the best surgeon in my city as per overall feedbacks and I finally think I now know why he insisted to do by his head. 20 years of experience I guess he had the right to overwhelmed my wills cos maybe it´d not look that good after all of what I wanted. Looking into the mirror I realized the 2 boobs on the side OVERWHELMS the squarish and manly shoulders that I had and all attention concentrates on the boobs. I couldn´t get cleavage which I wanted so bad but at least he managed to insert a big size 400cc by miracle when originally we planned 300cc and it also looks natural, couldn´t ask more anyway. I think I should learn to be grateful and thankful of what nature sets and limits me. At times we don´t really get things what we want in life but get rather that of what we need.
