Has anyone ever had anyone work done with Dr Philip Young in WA? After looking at all of his work and the fact that he has videos of him doing procedures on his website I'm thinking he may be a good choice for my chin reduction. What do you guys think is the most important procedure in feminizing your face? I cant seem to decide what I want to get done first

I've had several procedures with Dr. Young. I am really happy with the lip lift he did, however, I don't think the chin worked out that well. I was told by another surgeon that the only sure way to reduce my chin was to have osteotomy.......but I opted for the shave method with Young. He is pretty new to the whole FFS thing and I think he has some great ideas, although, I believe there are better options out there; he is somewhat conservative in his approach.
IMHO I think the forehead reduction/brow lift was probably the most beneficial surgery I had, although rhinoplasty could be pretty high on the list as well (I've yet to do this.) Forehead reduction was the first procedure I had done; I had this procedure with Dr. Nguyen in Portland, OR.......who I think is a really good option for FFS.....and I've been happy with the results; a close friend of mine was amazed at how this one surgery changed my entire appearance.
I think a great place to start is just finding a surgeon who does FFS and sit down and have a consult and consider the options they provide....everyone will need different tweeks :-)
