So it was my first day meeting my therapist and I can say it was such an amazing and intimidating experience! She was so sweet and I can't wait for our future sessions together, she was super nice and comforting

I think so many of us worry about 'THE THERAPIST' and truth told I'm totally at ease with mine and we have a great relationship. We also have to remember that they have met a lot more people with our problems than we have.
