So it was my first day meeting my therapist and I can say it was such an amazing and intimidating experience! She was so sweet and I can't wait for our future sessions together, she was super nice and comforting :)

Glad it went well and hope for future sessions to be positive experiences as well  :)
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

So proud of you aniya. Although, overall this journey can bring up some surprises along the way, you've got off to an amazingly good start. Building the rest of your life on firm foudations is the best way to travel.

I think so many of us worry about 'THE THERAPIST' and truth told I'm totally at ease with mine and we have a great relationship. We also have to remember that they have met a lot more people with our problems than we have.
