I just got my top surgery letter in the mail AND scheduled my surgery with Garramone all in one day so my surgery is now set for July 17th. Kinda sucks to have it done in the summer but at least I can get some tanning in before

Congraduations, Adam, I know you are excited to final have top surgery.  Will you be getting a DI?  Just think by next summer you will be able to go bare chested and look great.

in a way its also good its in the summer. the most amazing part after top surgery is to walk around only in a tshirt just normally,
I did that however I got my top surgery at the winter and it was pretty cold.
