Yes it happened to me briefly when my hormone levels were all screwy and my breasts were still growing I lactated for a few weeks until I sorted out the problem... I suspect I had hyper-prolactimia as I also had photosensitive migraines during that period.
Honestly it was kinda annoying and rather embarrassing as you have wet spots on your shirt when run or you hear a baby scream. :/
