Hi King Malachite,
I know this thread is old but I've just had a meta and am looking for video of the surgery.  I see the one you posted to has been removed and I'm curious if you know where to search for any video of the metoidioplasty procedure (been through many google pages and not found one).  I'd appreciate any help.  Mostly I'm curious about which ligaments were cut and their specific locations.  Thanks for any help.
