Let's get off the Adminstrators' and Moderators' backs

There has been a lot of attention given to who has been suspended or banned or otherwise sanctioned, as well as a bevy of locked threads.

You know what, the Administrators and Moderators have good reasons, not always known to the membership, for their actions.  I know they do not take their responsibilities lightly.  They are just trying to keep Susan's Place a friendly, supportive, educational place for those of us in the transgendered community to meet.

Let's just cut them a little slack, okay.  Hey, I rattle the walls from time to time.  But I appreciate what they do.

I've only been a mod for about 2 months, and I try to do the best that I can to best serve this community. I've benefited so much from this site over the past 4 years that I want to give back in any way that I can.

I would add that Susan and her Staff using bigger sticks would be fine with me. The safety and comfort of the members and visitors trumps anyones right to voice their opinions here on a support site. JMO, hugs, Devlyn

I have only respect for someone who would devote so much of their personal time to helping keep this site running.  No one ever has enough time so I appreciate their gift to the community.

I suspect if someone that didn't like the rules tried to make their own site they would see how hard it is to find a fair set of rules to keep everyone balanced.
