good plan from what I see.... also, those plans may change slightly when you are working with your therapist... and yes, HRT can soften your facial features... but as with me as well, won't redo my nose!! lol
But, and this is just my opinion, stay away from hair extensions! If you're going to grow it out, then be patient and wait. I went to someone in the production industry (Who does amazing work, and highly recommended) last year and had it done, and while I had them in, I loved them, they did damage my hair, and the breakage was evident. And this was with a highly qualified person.. (Who also didn't bs me and did tell me that some breakage does occur with extensions, no matter how great the hair or installation is). While you couldn't really tell in my hair afterwards, I could, and so could my stylist. Even with my hair in a ponytail, my hair was so much thinner due to the breakage. Then as it grew, you could tell the difference between the thickness.... blah! It's been a year since they were out, and my hair is happy and healthy, and feels thick again while in a ponytail. If you're going to eventually grow your hair out, then just be patient!
