I had surgery on the 13th of April. I'm not sure whether or not it qualifies as "peri"--the incisions were around just the outer half of the areola as I was fairly flat to begin with. There's no puckering, I have no idea where some of my skin went haha.

So far I'm pretty happy with the results, this is what it looks like at present:

Random swelling on the one side is from how the vest was creased...and for some reason the right incision is dark coloured while the left one isn't. Can someone tell me if that's normal? :P (also, other random marks on my chest are just from the vest/non-stick pads, my skin marks really easily...well, that and the gorgeous bruises)

For less than two weeks post-op I think I'm feeling pretty good - except for strenuous activity I'm basically at a more cautious level of normal. I never took any painkillers after I left the hospital and the worst thing was the drains.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Looks great, dude.
Kind of makes me upset that I don't think I'm small enough to get the type of surgery you did.
Meow.

Thanks - I'm not sure what's the biggest you can be for that type of incision, I think it depends somewhat on where your breast tissue is as well, but for reference here's a pre-op photo from the same angle

Congrats man!  Heck I wish my chest looked like your pre-op photo.

Those are great results, mate! I bet you really are pleased :)
I do wish I could have had scarless surgery, but I cant complain since its done and I have the relief.
