How many posts, do I need, before, I can post picture's and how do I post a pic?

Like, the title says, how many posts, do I need, before, I can post photo's? I mean, like, photo's of my cats? I think, in the rules, it said, most restrictions, are, removed after, fifteen (15) posts. Is that correct?

Also, I saw some people post, photo/images, right in a particular post. But, I, also saw, people post, photobucket links and such. Can someone, explain to me, how to post photo's both ways?

I think you can post an image in a thread at any time.

The format I favor is like this:



Open the image by using the "quote" function to see what I did.

Thank you, it seems, note the term seems, that, I can insert a photo. Even, with my "low" post count. So cool . I am going to see, if, I really can post photo's. Thank you again  !
