Hi ;
I do like what I see and read here this maybe what I need .Like some I have been dealing with a lot of differnce issue ,But the main one it seem is opening up to other without losing their friendship so I have been taking this very slow.And  it has not been that easy, sometime I would just like to tell the world but I stop because this be end for me and at my age I can,t start all over like the younger girls , but I guest that one more area we all have to deal with.
  Well for myself there not to much tell , I,am over 60 been dressing on an off all my life ,but more so during that few years, this maybe because of all the changes that have gone on during those years , losing my love one was the biggest , but let  me say  this when Terry come out it is a like a new door as open and do feel more like myself I,am more relaxed I do feel I open up a lot more I try new ways to improve what I have in looks and dress,
PLEASE ; Let me say thank you all , I am still new to allot of things ,Like working on computer is a big deal learning the many type programs .

My love

Welcome to Susan's, Terry!

I'm happy you found us and decided to begin posting.  We have a wonderful mix of people here, of almost all ages (teen-agers to grandmas), and support and friendship for all who come in the same spirit.  Please feel free to explore the rest of the site too, the links and wiki are full of facts and resources.  The chat is a great place to interact with people who know and understand what being transgendered is, in real time.  And, of course, don't be afraid to post questions and let us know what you think here on the forums.  It's a safe and supportive place, made so by the quality of the people and the easy to follow Terms of Service, easy because they boil down to only two things, be kind and be decent.  https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,2.0.html

Posting a picture for an avatar requires 15 posts, by the way, so send us a note now and again and you'll get there in no time.

I'm pleased to make your acquaintance, Terry and I'm happy to again say,

WELCOME ! ! :)

Welcome, Terry.

Believe me, you are not alone as an over 50 member of Susan's Place.  Grey power, baby!!

I'll be 70 in June and had my SRS on my 63rd birthday.  One of our ElderTG friends (a news list - nothing fancy - for MTF/FTM/SOs age 50+) had hers  in her late 70s.

Life begins at 60, kid.  Come on in and join the fun at Susan's.

Hi Terry!

Welcome to Susan's.  You are a most welcome addition to some of our more chronologically challenged friends.  Would love to hear more about how your story unfolds!

Again,  welcome!
