im really curious if she is on hormones or not , becuase she is very flat chested , which actually looks really good on her . is it possible to have skin like that without being on something ?

Yeah hormones will make your skin softer by default.
I sorta get lazy with applying moisturizer now because often i don't need it.
but it's still good to keep up with it.

Especially if you want smooth soft skin and be estrogen free.
