It's less than two weeks until the largest annual trans specific conference in the world, so who here is going?

For those in or near Philadelphia, registration is free, it's just parking that's expensive in Center City.

I'll be going with some members of the organizing committee from my local trans community group (we're in Cincinnati, Ohio) but we're  always looking to meet new trans people.

Also, we'll be volunteering and in workshops most of the day, but we're looking for fun (and not too expensive) things to do after 7pm every night, if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very appreciative!

I am! I'm accompanying my friend who I think has been asked to speak or something.

I'm going.  I've never been and I'm going by myself so I have NO idea what I'm getting myself into, hahah!  I'm definitely up for meeting other Trans people.
It's hard to see through clouds of grey in a world full of Black and White.

I was asked to attend and speak this year but declined because of some poor judgement calls on the organizers.

Awesome!  If either of you would like to possibly hang out at some point over the weekend, PM me and I'll give you my contact info. :)

Oof.  Sorry to hear that, Nygeel!  I'd be interested in hearing more specifics about that if you're comfortable talking about it (or via PM).  I'm friends with one of the board/committee members, and I'm sure he'd appreciate knowing where improvements could be made.
