After about ten sessions of laser and a few hours of electrolysis on my upper lip. I have very few dark hairs left, but still have a whole heap of blond ones.

One day I noticed a dark shadow. "Oh no!" I thought, "the dark hairs in my moustache are growing back!" The shadow wouldn't disappear even with a close shave.

What it turned out to be was hyperpigmentation caused by one or the other of the treatments. I have been taking a rest fro electrolysis for a few weeks while the very nice person who does it for me is on holiday. I can cover it up with makeup but it's so annoying, without it I don't think I'd have to wear so much makeup.

Has anyone else had this? I did a search but found nothing. I've been using an even blend serum and vitamin C to get rid of it, and it seems to be working okay, if not a bit slowly.
