hey guys i know theres a lot of threads on this topic already, im just not sure though. sorry if this is a repeat for some of you. i have my second interview with target on friday and normally they hire you right after like on the spot (and im pretty damn close to gettin the job). they call me brayden but still know me as female...when is an okay time to come out?

Honestly, when they hire you ...tell them right then and there ... then you can have them introduce you as a male to staff
