Arkansas Transgender Woman Denied Use of Restrooms A University of Arkansas-Fort Smith student raised concerns over the school's current policy towards transgender people, after she was directed to use only gender-neutral restrooms on campus. After filing a complaint to the Department of Justice the school changed its course and the student, Jennifer Braly, is now allowed to use both women's and gender-neutral restrooms as she had before.
