Yes. The way to accomplish that is probably to do strength training with your bosoms' muscles. I think a homemade exercise for that is to lie on your belly, raise your legs slightly (maximum 20 cm maybe) above the ground without flexing your knees, and hold that position, without crossing your legs, for as long as possible, pausing, then repeating. I'm sure workout centres have more comfortable ways to train them, though.
There are also exercises that make many parts of your body, including the bosoms, work, such as swimming.
