You have to do exercises to build muscles in the area. Worked for me ;)

Yes. The way to accomplish that is probably to do strength training with your bosoms' muscles. I think a homemade exercise for that is to lie on your belly, raise your legs slightly (maximum 20 cm maybe) above the ground without flexing your knees, and hold that position, without crossing your legs, for as long as possible, pausing, then repeating. I'm sure workout centres have more comfortable ways to train them, though.

There are also exercises that make many parts of your body, including the bosoms, work, such as swimming.

Brazilian butt lift!

Google it.

Skating worked for me. ^,^

Seriously though, squats, rear extensions, burpees, tennis, skating... anything that puts serious strain on your glutes (maximus, medias, and minimus) will make it rounder and firmer. Leg weights will amplify the effect. Word of advise though: it takes a while to build muscle on anyone and if you're already on HRT, it'll take a LOT longer than you'd imagine to get it there and any decrease in activity will lose it in a heartbeat.

Genetics or surgery.

Exercise will only do so much... and based on the title of the thread, it's not going to do it alone. Tightening and toning, yes... Kim Kardashian over a year... hells no.

Also to note: difference between hips (that which gives you hour glass shape)  and butt (outer projection)

You can work on stomach and core to thin down the waist and butt to make the outer and rear roundness but to get a more extreme waist to hip ratio would take surgeries that generally are frowned upon.

OTOH, it's very possible with diet and exercise to get a perfectly normative waist to hip ratio for all but the most extreme cases.

OTOOH, it *does* take work... and hormones.. and work.

Two things:  Estrogen, particularly Oestrogel, and walking.  Just plain walking.  Also exercise on an elliptical machine.

I walked six miles (two hours) today.  I call it "walking my ass on".

You know who have really nice butts?  Ice skaters.

They do.

*needs to look into ice skating*

I'm not convinced that walking will increase much the muscular bulk of the gluteal muscles. Cardio will tone the muscle. You need resistance training for bulk.

I've been doing resistance training for a month. I already see the results as my jeans are tighter and my waist narrower. The caveat is that I feel like I'm dying whilst doing it as you have to push to failure. I exclude the upper body from the regime.

On the skating thing: my 2 cents is that you need to exercise ALL the muscles of the butt to make it look its fullest. I play roller derby and in my league we use roller skates (quads are the only allowable type) with lots of crossover and lateral movements all while staying low (knees bent between 90 and 145 degrees). This exercises all three of the glute muscles.  Not a single one of us doesn't have a great butt. It's just a thing. Mind, jeans... jeans are hard... finding ones that fit the waist (smaller) and the butt (larger) is a challenge.

Katie S. I suggest you think hard before opting for hips surgery... They're considered unsafe by many, and illegal in many places. Except maybe liposcupting. But I really don't suggest implants.

Not sure I follow you... Aren't a smaller waist and a larger butt the very definition of a typically female shape? Then wouldn't you having those features make it easy to find pants?

You could do butt implants with a combination of lipo to the waist and fat transfer to the hip. Surgery works pretty well and definitely gives you a bubble butt... I did it =P

I actually promised myself I'd never post these, as I don't like either of these photos... they were in between shots I did at a pinup shoot a while back, so basically I was changing outfits and was being silly and posed for a shot.  However, for the purposes of your thread they show my butt nicely, and since I had surgery, I figured I would post for you.

I remember your thread from your Mexican butt implant surgery, from a few months ago. I think the results are rather flattering.

As I recall, Vanna, you have stated that you are chronically underweight.  I presume you have a low body fat percentage as well.

You may not be, but you give the impression of being athletic.

As far as your body goes, you have nothing to be ashamed of.  You can plainly see from the comments, that you are admired by boys, girls, and androgynes alike.
