Any girls go to spiegel?

My thing is I have a round face with a wide jaw and I wanted more of a heart shape but I don't know if he'd be able to do that after all I heard about his ffs.
I look like the thick version of ally michalka but being a ts I don't want the jaw, lol.
Plus I have a light brow bone (goes away with Botox but who wants to get Botox all the time at 21?)

Surely, you have to tell any surgeon exactly what you want and, if you have what you consider to be prominent masculine features you don't go to a surgeon with a reputation for a subtle approach or ask for a subtle approach.
You only have to look at the sixth pair of before and after photos on Dr Speigel's website to see an unbelievable transformation where I'm sure that that lady didn't ask for a subtle approach.
I think it shows he is more capable of being aggressive if it is required.

And looking at elle2011, he is quite capable of very beautiful results.

Spiegel is a more conservative surgeon, kind of. One girl on this forum who went to him said that he 'turns you into your sister'. He doesn't totally redo the face like a lot of FFS surgeons do.

If you have androgynous/androgynously feminine features before FFS (or if you're one of the girls who gets 353593753 surgeries when she's already feminine looking), he'll turn you into a knockout. If you still have androgynously masculine features or some distinctly masculine ones (like a lot of girls who are good FFS candidates do)...well, he might get you into the andro range, but don't expect miracles.

would you say dr di maggio is more aggressive ? becuase im most likely going with him but id defiantly want someone more aggressive than spiegal

I don't know much about DiMaggio. But I've seen pictures of you, and I don't think you'd need a super-aggressive surgeon. You're in the androgynously female range.

you said you liked your forehead/eyes after surgery with Spiegel, but do you think he could have done a more aggressive job on that area too, or are you talking about the other areas  - nose, jaw, chin? i am only considering him for forehead and my bossing is not that bad, but my eyes are deepset and i am concerned they won't be opened up much with spiegel. did he just do burring or an actual setback? looking at his photos he seems to be doing mostly burring to smooth things out, but it's hard to tell.
