Hi,
I sent my photos to Alexandra for Virtual FFS. I got them back today. Let me know what you guys think how far should I go? She has done an excellent work in my opinion. I've cropped original photos, because I don't have Adam's apple.
She says:
(a) I have only done what I call "soft" changes - hairline correction, eyebrow plucking, hormonal effects and beard removal. (Hairline)
(b) I have done the most important "hard" feminisation for you and that is the forehead. (Forehead)
(c) shows the more optional changes although the chin does make a useful difference. (Nose + Chin)
(o) Original
I am thinking of Hairline+Forehead. Perhaps chin too like (c) in side view a lot. Don't change nose, not worth it. Let me know your opinions.

Detailed Feedback:
Hairline:
The height of your hairline in the middle is fine but you do have some recession in the corners giving your hairline the masculine "M" shape. I have filled in the corners in all the pictures to give your hairline a more rounded and feminine shape and this can be achieved with a scalp advance or hair transplants. If you have forehead work then you could fix these hairline problems with a scalp advance as both procedures can use the same incision. However, hair transplants are a better option in my opinion as they are less invasive, the end result looks very natural and you avoid the scar along the hairline of a scalp advance. It would probably take 2 sessions of "micro follicular grafts" and the first session would be done a few months after any forehead work.
Forehead:
You have moderate brow bossing both in the centre above your nose and above your eyes. I have removed this to bring your forehead into normal female ranges in the second and third sets of pictures (b) and (c).
Eyebrows:
Your eyebrows sit in medium or perhaps slightly higher than medium position and I do not think you need a brow lift. They are likely to lift a little with forehead surgery and I have simulated that. They are quite thick at the moment so in all the pictures I have plucked them, mostly along the underside, to give them a thinner and more feminine shape.
Eyes:
I don't see any notable problems with your eyes or the soft tissues around them. You have fairly large eyes in proportion to your face - this is very feminine and a good asset.
Nose:
I think your nose is probably fine as it is - it is in nice proportion to your face and does not look masculine to me. You could maybe shorten the tip slightly and give the base of the tip a slightly more upwards as seen from the side. You could also bring the nostrils in a little to narrow the base and I have simulated these changes in the third set of pictures (c). I don't think it makes much difference so I am not convinced that it is worth the risks, trauma and expense of surgery.
Cheeks:
I don't see any notable problems with your cheekbones that would require implants. Hormones will make the apple of your cheeks (the fleshy part below the cheekbones) fuller and rounder and I have simulated this for you. It is impossible to predict exactly how the hormones will affect you (everyone's different) but I've given you an idea of the kind of change you can expect.
Lips:
Your lips are full and have an attractive shape to them and the distance between your mouth and nose is fine so I don;t recommend any adjustments.
Chin:
Your chin has a rounded shape but it is a little taller than average and it also recedes slightly. In the third set of pictures (c) I have reduced the height and moved the chin forwards a little but I have kept the rounded shape. I think that any chin changes are probably optional for you to some degree but the height reduction does help feminise. Moving the chin forwards is a beauty issue rather than feminisation and can be achieved with an implant or a procedure called "sliding genioplasty". Chin surgery has a lot of complications associated with it like numbness in the chin and bottom lip and reduced mobility in the bottom lip. These effects can last for months and can sometimes be permanent to some degree so chin surgery is a decision you have to take carefully. Not everyone gets complications but the risk is there and it is good to be aware of it.
Jaw:
Your jaw is within normal female ranges - I do not recommend any adjustments. Hormones tend to narrow the jaw a little - they don't alter the bones but they do reduce muscle mass and if this affects the chewing muscles it can effectively narrow the jaw a little at the back. I have accounted for this in the pictures but I suspect the effect might be subtle on you as it does not look like your chewing muscles are particularly strong.
Adam's apple:
I don't see an adam's apple problem in these pictures.
Hormones:
I have simulated hormonal effects for you. These can have a strongly feminising effect on the face and on top of narrowing the jaw and filling the cheeks, they add layer of fat that rounds off your features and they make the skin texture itself softer and more feminine. This can be very powerful, especially when combined with beard removal.
Other points:
I have reduced your beard shadow for you - this is a very important feminisation.
Overall:
Your face is not strongly masculine. In the first set of pictures (a) I have only done what I call "soft" changes - hairline correction, eyebrow plucking, hormonal effects and beard removal. In (b) I have done the most important "hard" feminisation for you and that is the forehead. Set (c) shows the more optional changes although the chin does make a useful difference.
