According to "Cindy Jackson's Imagine and Cosmetic Surgery Secrets" there are:
Cheiloplasty
Lip implant (SoftForm)
Lip implant (Permalip)

Not in her book, there's also 'upper lip lift'.

Just google these to find further information on these procedures.

Google 'lip implant restricted smile' too and 'upper lip lift nerve damage'

Back in the '80s lots of actresses started getting lip implants-- almost always with horrible results. Just compare Loni Anderson from her WKRP days and later. Some of the most beautiful women I've ever seen have had thin lips. I'd suggest not having your face changed just because you find large lips fashionable. There are plenty of better-- and less risky-- ways to pretty up.

You're right....for some reason (over)filled lips look out of proportion but also strangely harsh and make a face look older because of the harshness I think.

I just ran across this on Twitter and had thought of this thread, so here it is:

"Alyssa Milano ‏@Alyssa_Milano

People! Stop injecting ->-bleeped-<- in your lips. It doesn't make you look full-lipped. It makes you look like you just injected ->-bleeped-<- in your lips."
