Every country has some saying about the weather.

The most popular seems to be: "Don't like the weather?  Wait five minutes.  It will change."

So what is your local saying about the weather.

Here in Oregon, many say: "Recently several Oregonians saw a UFO.  Others call it the 'Sun'."
