OK, I see.

What do you consider "some small level of FFS" I wonder?

The ONLY small level that I'd consider "small" would be chin-reduction... if that is on your agenda. I certainly could see this as not too impeding.

You know the work I had done... and certainly would not have had that together with SRS, and only referring to the FFS part.
In fact if being asked, not even BA! At least not for the first few days...
I can only speak for myself of course, as in my case the first SRS op took about 8 hours..., 3 days later another general anaesthetic quite short though, and thereafter ~ 7 days the last op with yet one more general anaestetic.

My FFS, BA and labiaplasty took just as long, 8 hours...

This just as a reminder. Yes, we all super-women... but hey!  :o

Thanks, Axelle.  Believe me, the account of your surgeries and your recovery experiences are very much in my mind and are taken very seriously.  Unfortunately, our assignment and transfer cycle gives me this one window only, so that puts a premium on doing what I can now, physical condition permitting.  After that I don't expect a similar window for another 6-8 years.

And you are a super woman :).

It's been a few months, and I don't know if you, Axelle, or anyone is following this thread.  In any case, I am three weeks back from Phuket after both GCS and FFS.  It was a bit much to do at once, but in the end I came through nicely.  If you are interested in knowing any of the details, I've been writing about the experience in my web journal at http://attitude-analyst.blogspot.com.

Regards from Bucharest,
