I had a peri a lonnnnggg time ago - while it has a smaller incision, I don't know how it compares as far as being 'less invasive' than a DI. Less scarring, yes, but the smaller incisions meant a lot more activity inside, and as a result, possibility of more soreness for longer.
Chipper, if you are still deciding, in Massachusetts, guys are also reporting good results from Dr Paul Costas in Concord MA, and Richard Bartlett, Brookline. Both are near Boston.
