F2M takes advantage

Julio Cuesta is the first transsexual to officially change sex without undergoing an operation under a new law.

The 50-year-old ended a five year legal fight by taking advantage of the first Law of Gender Identification.

Magistrates in Valencia granted Cuesta the official right to call himself a man.
