What is the update on hormones after grs?

So this is by no means an attempt to seek medical advice..... I want to know what other women after GRS are on as far as hormones.

Dr. Preecha suggested continuation of a low dose of premerin and leave it at that. I have used that basic advice and in further consultation with endocrinologist have also used progesterone and levels of injections similar to pre GRS hormone therapy in the last 9 years.

So what about you?

Is there any hard advice or theory as to what is the proper hormone therapy for GRS candidates, after surgery?
