Hi there I'm Sakura, doubt anyone remembers who I am :p.. I never posted a lot, but more of a lurker I suppose. Hopefully that will change soon enough.  I took the whole year off 2012 for personal growth and wanted to start to get my health back. Living with heavy smokers for a year is pretty bad. I also wanted to try to amend things with my father, he isn't doing to well. Needless to say after almost 7 years he will at least talk to me. I guess that's  a good start, although I never imagined that would happen in a million years.

I live in MA once again (can't seem to escape) and hope to start fresh again, now that a huge burden was kind of lifted. Its ironic I guess that I've changed in certain ways, but haven't changed in others IE.. still to shy. I hope to make some friends here and hopefully there are people from MA who can direct me to resources to start transition finally.

Hi Sakura, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 9452 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another member.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Hi Sakura,

A big Aussie welcome you back to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi" again. Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while longer.

There is still a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

I'm pleased you are getting your life back together again, and your father is starting to soften.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Hi Sakura, welcome to Susan's Place! I'm in Weymouth, the first resource I suggest is tcne.org for a list of therapists, meetings and groups. Check their calendar, too, lots of things going on. Hugs, Devlyn
